Adding a simple anchor point on 5th Gen 4Runner cargo tray

Securing anything to the sliding cargo tray of a 5th Gen 4Runner is tough. Sure, there are tiedowns between the cargo tray and the back of the second row seats, but strapping anything to them will leave your cargo tray unusable as you will not be able to slide it out.
